The Assistant Terminal Manager will work closely with the Terminal Manager to ensure smooth operations at the North Augusta terminal. Key responsibilities include:
- Driver Relations and Retention: Build excellent rapport with drivers, foster team spirit, and implement strategies to improve driver retention.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks related to driver management and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and record-keeping according to company guidelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Federal and State DOT rules and regulations.
- Competitive Salary: Starting at $65,000 based on experience
